We would like to inform everyone that the COA Decisions, Circulars, Resolutions, Manuals, Memoranda and Rules of Procedures can now be accessed under the Issuances menu of the new COA website under the Legal Information Archive (LIA) link www.coa.gov.ph or you can access directly the LIA by this URL: lia.coa.gov.ph.

For new users, create an account first by clicking the “Create new account” button. Upon submission of the required personal data, a verification email will be sent to your email address. Click the link provided in the email, you will then be asked to enter and confirm your password. Once you have successfully entered your password you are now logged in.

Please remember the password you entered in case you have to visit the website again.
