HOW TO USE THE WEBPAGES
Let's start with the
MAIN page. At
the top of your Home page is a link that says "MAIN".
This is the first page that comes out when you
click the link TS Data Center in the COA home page.
Price
Data and Related Links Next to HOME is a link that says "Price
Data and Related Links". Click on that to go to Price Links. This will
bring you to the Links to Price Data sources page. The first column of
the page are the announcements and related links.
The first box is a link to the "List of Blacklisted
Suppliers." Click this link to go to GPPB website where
blacklisted/suspended suppliers are listed.
The second box is a link to "List of Blacklisted
Constructors." Click this link to go to GPPB website where
blacklisted/suspended suppliers are listed.
The next boxes are links to websites indicated
therein. Just click the link to go to their respective websites.
The second column is the Link to a supplier's
website. Suppliers' websites are grouped together based on their
products. Click on that supplier to go to its website.
Suppliers' websites include that of the Procurement Service.
The next is the
TSO Related Issuances. This page
contains TSO-related issuances and downloadable forms. The first column
contains the link "Issuances" and Downloadable Forms". Click "Issuances"
to display the various Issuances, memos, etc. in the right window.
Select from the list by clicking the said link. Once clicked, the summary
of the issuance or memo is displayed. Click on the "Download" link to read
the summary or save the file.
Other Data
link, is the last in the navigation
bar. When you click it, the Other Data page will appear. The first
column is a list of those data. The second column in the page displays the
list of Supply and Installation of Road Signs. It is displayed in default.
When you click a link, the page will be displayed. Click the "Back" button
of your browser to return to the previous page or to go to the list again under
Other Data or you may click the
Other Data link in the navigation
bar.
NOTE: When you click a downloadable link, a
dialogue window appears. Select "Open" button to open and read the
file. Click "Save" instead to save the file or click "Cancel" button to
close the window.
MAIN
The
first column of the Home page contains links about TSO and announcement
portion. Click the link "download here"
to download the document to download.
Once you clicked it, a dialogue window appears prompting
you to select between "Read" or "Save"
in a button
to read or save the said file. There is a banner
on top of the navigation links.
When you roll over
your mouse through it, the cursor turns into hand.
Click the WHAT'S NEW "download here" instead on the
first column, if your on the home page. However,
when you are on other pages, you may click the banner to
go to the download page.
