Clearance for the Recruitment of Personnel |
Pending attainment of the ideal personnel structure pyramid,
effective immediately, clearance/authorization for the recruitment of all
personnel shall be secured from the Office of the Chairman.
All previous COA issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent
herewith are deemed amended/superseded accordingly.
