Pending submission of the results of the study of the Organizational Restructuring Committee, effective immediately, the movement/reassignment of personnel shall be approved by the Office of the Chairman. Recommendations for such movement/reassignment may be initiated by the Assistant Commissioners/heads of the different sectors/offices.

All previous COA issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith are deemed amended/superseded accordingly.
