the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) |

Resolution No. 08-623 and
MC No. 06, series
of 2008, dated April 14, 2008, of the CSC, treating on the above-captioned
subject.
Please be informed that the 1994 SALN Form ca be downloaded from
the COA website at http://www.coa.gov.ph
under the Human Resource Management Information page (http://www.coa.gov.ph/HRMI.htm).
The new SALN Forms (Baseline Declaration and Annual Declaration
Forms), which shall be used starting next year as well as the guides in filling
them out are already available at the CSC website (http://www.csc.gov.ph/cscweb/saln.html)
and COA Website, under the What's New link (http://www.coa.gov.ph/Whats_New/New.htm).
