Implementation of COA Resolution No. 2008-005 dated 15 February 2008 on the
imposition and collection of filing fees on cases filed before the COA in the
exercise of its quasi-judicial function |
The effectivity of COA Resolution No. 2008-005 dated 15 February 2008 states:
"This Resolution shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from date
of publication in a newspaper of general circulation."
The said Resolution was published on 25 February 2008 in the
Manila Standard Today and becomes effective on 12 March 2008 after 15 days of its
publication.
